★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筋肉痛が酷くて月２〜３回のペースで通っていたら腰痛がウソの様に完治しましたwww
足の筋肉が凝り固まって収縮し、周りの筋肉を引っ張るからその歪みが腰に来ていた様です。
しばらく行かないと再発するので今は月イチくらいのペースで通っています。
相性が悪いと施術中ずっとくすぐりの刑(地獄)になるので、最初は短時間で相性の良い人を探し、見つけたら指名を活用すると良いでしょう(私は毎回神様・仏様・前田様にお願いしています)。
施術後半日〜１日は安静にする(寝る)のがオススメです。

おまけに、股関節が硬いとまで言われた。
柔軟性だけは自慢出来るのに、ちょっとムッとなった。
受け付けも無愛想で怖かった。
それ以来行く事は無くなったけど、皆さん高評価を出されているので、また試しに短時間だけでも受けてみようかな。
たまたま下手な人に当たっただけかもだし。
