R	Ryoko Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人とのランチで利用しました。各々別のメニューを注文しましたが、出されたのは同じメニュー。「これ頼んだのと違います」と女性店員に言うと、苦々しい顔をしながら「お待ち下さい」とだけ言い残し、店内の奥へ。しばらくすると男性の店長さんが出て来られて、わざわざ謝罪か申し訳ないなと思ったら・・・。「お料理はお作りしてしまっていますし、ご希望なら作り直ししてもよろしいのですが、3品分のお代は頂くことになります。それでご了承して頂けるようでしたらお作り直ししますよ。どうしますか？」謝罪も笑顔もなく真顔で淡々と説明されました。最初、膝をかがめて目線も合わせた時点で、丁寧な対応だと一瞬抱いた好印象から一変、他のお客様には聞こえないように、小声でも届く距離で会話するために腰をかがめたのかと気付いた時、「相当腹黒いな」と思いました。結局、「いいよ。このまま頂きましょうよ」という友人の勧めもあって「分かりました」と言いました。ですが、笑顔で会釈した店長が、立ち上がって後ろを振り向いた途端に一言。「よし！！」それに対して側に立っていた先ほどの女性店員は「さっすが！！」の黄色い声。驚愕しました。五右衛門はよく利用するのですが、こんな対応されたのは初めてです。五右衛門は他府県にもありますが、他店舗や系列店の利用は控えるようにしています。一生忘れません。残念です。 I used it for lunch with a friend. z	zeromer1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画の半券があるとソフトドリンクがサービスになる。次の映画までの30分間に食事を済ませようと思ったが、出てくるのに20分かかった。パスタ屋なのに箸だけで食べさせるってどうなんでしょう？フォークも出しておいてほしいね。チーズも欲しいね。なんか立ち食い蕎麦屋のクオリティでこの価格はしんどいかな。 If you have a movie stub, soft drinks will be a service.
