M	Masahide Kobayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美作ではおすすめのお好み焼き屋さんです。粉っぽい生地が苦手という方には、特におすすめ。個人的はおすすめメニューは「まっちゃん焼き（洋風お好み焼き）」、「油カスモダン」、そして「出汁おこ」です。油カスは牛の小腸を油でじっくりあげ、余分な油分が抜けて肉の旨味が行行くされたもの。この食感と味がたまりません！大阪の南部ではよく食べられている食材らしいですが、最近は中々でに入らない食材だそうです。そして「出しおこ」はなんとお好み焼きを出汁に浸したもの。一見、変な食べ物のように見えますが、これも油カスが入っていて、出汁とのからみがたまらない美味しさです。見た目のボリュームはありますが、生地があっさりしているので不思議とたくさん食べられます。二人で行った時は、よく上の３つのメニューを頼んで分けて食べます。ちなみに、お店のご主人は岸和田がご出身で、時折だんじり祭りの映像もお店で流れています（これがまた面白い）。そして、元々はミュージシャンだったそうで、「ミクロチョップ」というバンドでメジャー契約もしたとか（契約直後、ポリドールが潰れてしまったそうですが… 。ザ・クロマニョンズの小林さんとはお友達だそうです。 It is a recommended okonomiyaki restaurant in Mimasaka.
