★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般的なお好み焼きとは少し違って、独特です。 焼そばを焼いて、広島風の生地で包んでるイメージです。キャベツは少ないが、出汁感が強く効いててソース少なめで十分。お好み焼き食べたくなって訪れるってよりは、メイトが食べたくなって行く感じです。 職場が近いんで電話して持ち帰りをお願いする事が多いです。
It is a little different from general okonomiyaki and unique. It is an image of yakisoba baked and wrapped in Hiroshima-style dough. There is little cabbage, but it has a strong sense of dashi and a small amount of sauce is enough. It's more like a mate wanting to eat than okonomiyaki. I often call and ask for take-out because my workplace is near.
