此方のホルモンうどんが一番私好みでした。
ホルモンうどんは味噌味、人気のホルモンうどんオムレツは醤油ベース。
男性にはホルモンチャーハンが人気のようです。 津山インターからも近く昔ながらの食堂です。

店のおすすめのホルモンうどんオムレツをいただきました。ホルモンがしっかりいい味してます。濃すぎない味付けでとても美味しかった。
この雰囲気のお店は今のところ外れなし。メニューもお好み焼き屋さんでは攻めた内容のものも多数。津山はたまに行くので、また立ち寄ってみたい店です。
A nostalgic okonomiyaki restaurant.
I got the recommended hormone udon omelet from the store. The hormone tastes good. The seasoning was not too strong and it was very delicious.
The shop with this atmosphere is not out of place so far. There are many menus that the okonomiyaki restaurant has attacked. I go to Tsuyama once in a while, so I would like to stop by again.

ホルモンはさすがプリプリです！そんなにごろごろ入っているという訳でもないので、ホルモンうどん重そうだなと思う方にもオススメです。
Tsuyama Hormone Udon Map is in the hotel where I stayed, and I didn't have much time on a business trip alone, so I asked Mr. Yoshimura because it seems easy to take out.

津山の名物ホルモンうどんておそらく5本の指に入る名店。
気さくな店主の人柄にまた来たくなる店でした。
ホルモンも地元の精肉店から直接仕入れ自ら洗って切られるそうです。臭みもなくとっても美味しく頂きました。
味噌の効いたソースも絶妙です。

It was a shop that made me want to come again because of the friendly personality of the shop owner.
Hormones are also purchased directly from a local butcher shop and washed by themselves. It was very delicious without any odor.
