★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメンと餃子、ライスを頂きました。ラーメンは油脂が多く本来の味がちょっとぼやけている印象。餃子は味がしっかり付いていてジューシーで美味しかったです。
全体的に気になったのはラーメンはともかく餃子やライスが温かくなかった事です。好みで言うとラーメン、餃子は熱々が好きなのでちょっと残念。他のラーメンも頼みたいけど次回は行かないかも。
余談ですが塩ラーメンの美味しい店ってもうないのかな、、、。
 I had salt ramen, dumplings, and rice. The impression that ramen has a lot of oil and fat and the original taste is a little blurred. The dumplings had a strong taste and were juicy and delicious.
Overall, I was worried that the dumplings and rice were not warm, apart from the ramen. I'm a little disappointed because I like ramen and dumplings hot. I would like to order other ramen, but I may not go next time.
As an aside, I wonder if there is a delicious salt ramen shop ...

私が来店した時点では現金のみの対応だったので、キャッシュレスが導入されればさらに便利になると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛骨ラーメンをいただきました。醤油牛骨と言っていいような濃いめの色も牛骨スープらしさを感じます。少し濁らせたテールスープのような味は独特です。
これに硬めに茹でた中太麺で食感を出してあり、程よい脂の牛骨スープとのからみも丁度良い感じです。
発祥の店「ますみ」にまた行きたいと思います。

価格は高め。

通常、牛骨ラーメンは牛骨スープがベースですが、こちらの店舗の牛骨ラーメンは牛骨スープをベースに豚骨と鶏ガラをブレンドしたスープだそうで、通常のあっさり系の牛骨スープとは違いますが、牛骨の旨味がしっかり感じれるとても美味しいチャーシューメンでした?
セットのビーフ丼ミニも美味しく頂きました！
