電話予約した時に話しされないからかなり困る。
 Medical examination can be taken, but the result can not be reached unless you go to the window and not by mail.
I am quite troubled because I can not talk when I make a phone reservation.

診療終了1時間前だった為か、初診でしたが受付から診察まで待つことはありませんでした。
受付の方も診察された先生も、丁寧に対応していただきました。
I visited an orthopedic surgeon on 2022/03/30.
It was my first visit, probably because it was one hour before the end of the medical examination, but I didn't have to wait from the reception to the examination.
Both the receptionist and the doctor who was examined responded politely.
