お	おさの on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性に、肺に違和感があると伝えた瞬間にキレ気味で「ここではPCR出来ないんですけど」と言われた。レントゲン設備もあるのにいきなり決めつけられ、挙句の果てに「望んだ治療を受けられなくて憤慨する人がいますから」なんて当てつけのように言われ、本当に不快だし意味不明。こっちは宮城県のコロナコールセンターに言われて電話してるのに。さらに意味不明なのが、急患センターなのに、「まずは県南中核病院に電話してそちらで見てもらってください」と。土日でやってないから急患センターに電話してるんだけど？？ここのスタッフは人を救う気持ちなんて全くないんだと思いました。宮城県の方にクレーム入れさせてもらいました。 The moment I told the woman at the reception that I had a feeling of discomfort in my lungs, I was a little sharp and said, "I can't do PCR here." 会	会津あかべこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1歳の息子が40℃の発熱で、土曜の夕方だったため電話で確認してから受診しました。診察から薬の受け渡しまで全て車中で行いました。看護婦さんも、医師も、受け付けの方も大変優しく話をうなづいて聞いて下さり、まだ言葉を話せない我が子にも優しく声をかけて大変心強かったです。少し時間がかかったため☆4ですが、対応はすごく良かったです。 My 1-year-old son had a fever of 40 degrees Celsius, and it was Saturday evening, so I checked by phone before going to the clinic.
