★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員は一見フレンドリーで親切そうな感じでしたが、CGで提案されたウォールナット材のタイルが新築戸建では部分的にしか使用できず、7万円で購入した商品の返品も最初はできないという、とんでもない詐欺まがいな対応で、大変驚きました。
問題としては、マスターウォール側でCG図まで作成して、提案してきた使用方法が施工できませんでした。それなのに返金は一切できないというひどい対応でした。何度も交渉してようやく半額返金になりましたが、納得できません。
こちらの商品は店員の方がの知識が表面上だけで浅いため、おすすめしません。ダイニングテーブルもここで購入しようとしましたが、止めました。五反田のアトリエ木馬さんで購入し、大変満足しています。
The clerk seemed friendly and kind at first glance, but the tile of Walnut wood proposed by CG can only be used partially in new construction, and at the beginning it can not return goods purchased for 70,000 yen I was very surprised at the tremendous fraudulent response.
As a problem, it was not possible to construct the usage method proposed by creating CG diagrams on the master wall side. Even though it was a terrible response that no refund could be made at all. We have negotiated many times and finally it is half refunded, but we can not be convinced.
This item is not recommended because the knowledge of the clerk is shallow on the surface. I tried to buy a dining table here, but I stopped it. I am very satisfied with the purchase by Gotanda Atelier Mr. Kijima.

品物についてだったりインテリアについて詳しい店員さんが少ないので注意。
ウォールナット 好きにはたまらない家具たち。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイニングテーブルを見に行きました。ウォールナットを主に扱っているショップです。私は丸テーブルを購入したいと思っていましたが、展示されていた厚みの有る長方形の天板に脚が黒のアイアンのテーブル、一目惚れしてしまいました。
それに合わせてダイニングチェアも座面や背もたれも好きなファブリックや革から選べて迷ったらサンプルの生地を頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マスターウォールを工務店の人に薦められて、青山のショールームへ訪問。おそらく表玄関と違うと思うが、テニスコートの横を抜けて狭い風情のある路地を歩いて辿り着く。家具はどれも職人のこだわりが感じられ好感が持てる格好いい物が多い。こういう路面店だけでやっていけば良いと思うが、先日八王子のムラウチ家具にマスターウォールが置いてあるのを見て残念だった。
I visited the showroom in Aoyama after being recommended by a construction shop person to use Masterwall. Perhaps it's different from the front door, but you can walk through the narrow alleys next to the tennis court. Many of the furniture are cool and you can feel the craftsman's commitment. I think it would be good to go only at such a roadside store, but I was disappointed to see the master wall on the Murauchi furniture in Hachioji the other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say they sell furniture that will last 100 years, and it's easy to believe that. Solid walnut sofas, chairs, tables and accessories with a wide selection of leather and textile, all made in Japan. Prices are very reasonable for what you get in my opinion.
