★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日いただきました。まるやさんの味噌いろいろです。八丁味噌は日本でふたつ、そのひとつである「まるや」さん。
地元愛知県では赤味噌は定番で、大人になりながら幅広い味噌の種類を知って楽しむようになるけれど、やはり懐かしい八丁味噌の強烈なパンチには敵うものはないほどコクが強く美味しいと思います。
寒くなってきたら、味噌田楽、豚肉を加えた味噌鍋、おでん、我が家は角煮に少し加えたり、ドリアやグラタンにも使用します。
分厚い豚肉を漬けこんで焼いたトンテキは家族みんな大好きでした。
久しぶりに香ばしい焼き味噌の赤だしを食べたくなりました。岡崎市に行ったら直営店にも寄りたいと思います。

中に入ると、どこからともなくお味噌の良い香りがしてきます。
NHK連続テレビ小説?純情きらりのロケにもここが使われたそうです。
試食のこんにゃくの田楽美味しかったです。
味噌コーラも飲んでみました。
コーラの向こうに⁉️かすかに味噌の風味が感じられました?

並びにあるカクキューの工場見学と違うのは、カクキューよりは規模が小さめ。ただ八丁味噌の作り方の事前説明が細かくしてもらえるのでより見学が楽しめます。
The factory tour was free. You can get miso as a souvenir, or you can have a tasting on the way.
The difference from the factory tour of a certain Kakukyu is that the scale is smaller than that of Kakukyu. However, you can enjoy the tour more because you can get detailed explanations on how to make Hatchō Miso.

私は名古屋市出生まれ育ち、生まれてこの方赤味噌ばかりだったので八丁味噌の作り方を学ぶことが出来てとてもよかったです!
ふらっと立ち寄りましたが、とても丁寧な解説(30分おき)で質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいます。
また、見学中は常にみその良い香りで包まれています!ここでしか買えないお味噌もあるので岡崎に来た際には是非お立ち寄りください!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カクキューさんの最後の工場見学ツアーに間に合わなかったので、周辺を歩き、こちらで受け付けてもらえました。ありがとうございました。八丁味噌の仕込みから木の樽までいろいろと説明を受け、勉強になりましたし、お土産までいただけて最高でした。購入した高級な八丁味噌を料理に使用し大満足しています!
I wasn't in time for Kakukyu's last factory tour, so I walked around and accepted him here. Thank you very much. 味噌のことだけでなく、井戸にも驚きの歴史があったり、こじんまりしているが少人数で歴史ある蔵を見学できる。売店では家庭用の商品をはじめ八丁味噌関連商品を購入できる。味噌好きにおすすめ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this place before going to the Hatcho Miso no Sato and I definitely recommend this place! It has factory tour until 4:20 in the afternoon. For some reason this place is mot as popular as the other one, but it is still good. I was the only one joining the tour so it’s felt like a personal tour. This place is also the oldest since it was around from the 14th century. They also have a well rumored to be visited by young Toyotomi Hideyoshi. At the end of the tour you will get to taste the konnyaku miso and some tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended to take a free miso brewing process. Surprising to know most of its process is done in the same old way. I liked their tour better as it is in a smaller group size than the other one next door...also detailed explanation and more warm welcoming. Less turisty, I would say.
