★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒いので温かいものものを食しにお邪魔しました。コッテリは苦手なのでタカシアッサリタンメンを食しました??程よい濃さに満足しました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「濃厚タンメン」という看板が以前から気になっていたので伺いました。事前にGoogleマップでリサーチして、濃厚担々タンメンにしよう思いながら伺ったところ、マップの写真に無かったモツ煮込みタンメンを発見してしまいました。モツが好きなだけに、一瞬逡巡して、結果坦々からモツに乗り換えてしまいました(笑)。味は程よい濃厚さで、美味です！脂っこさは無く、寧ろサッパリとすら言えるくらいの味わいです。麺の固さ、野菜のシャキシャキ感、モツの弾力と纏った味噌の味、どれも良かったですね。また食べたいです。更にチャーハンも美味しかったです。チャーハンを口に含みながら、スープを頂くと、素晴らしいハーモニーが生まれますよ。汁完すると血圧上がるな～とは思いつつも、ハーモニーがたまらず、汁完してしまいました(笑)。他のメニューもいくつか気になる物もあるので、また土浦方面に来る機会があれば是非お伺いしたいと思ってます。あと、通し営業ってとこも助かります。昼飯のタイミングを逃しても美味しいタンメンを食べられるのはありがたいですよね。
I've been interested in the sign "rich tanmen" for a long time, so I asked. When I researched on Google Maps in advance and asked while thinking about making rich tanmen, I found a motsu stewed tanmen that was not in the map photo. As I liked motsu, I went around for a moment, and as a result, I switched to motsu (laughs). The taste is moderately rich and delicious! It is not greasy and has a taste that can be said to be refreshing. The hardness of the noodles, the crispness of the vegetables, the elasticity of the offal and the taste of the miso were all good. I want to eat again. The fried rice was also delicious. If you have fried rice in your mouth and have soup, you will get a wonderful harmony. I thought that my blood pressure wouldn't rise when the juice was finished, but the harmony was irresistible and the juice was finished (laughs). There are some other menus that I'm curious about, so if you have a chance to come to Tsuchiura again, I would love to visit you. Also, it is helpful to be open throughout the day. I'm grateful that you can eat delicious tanmen even if you miss the timing of lunch.

サイドメニューは餃子と唐揚げを食べましたがラーメンだけでも十分通いたいと思えるお店でした。

スープは濃厚そうに見えるが、くどくなく
表現するならクリーミー、だか、スープは若干ぬるい
本来の野菜の出汁で食べるタンメンと違う気はするが、現在本物のタンメンを食べれる店は、ほぼないから、十分合格点です
唐揚げは、なんか、いまいちに見えました
炒飯セットにしましたが、メニューの見本より少ないです
全体的には、おいしいラーメンで満足しました

しかし、たまたま寄って濃厚タンメンを食べたらすごく美味しくて今では近場に寄ったら必ず行きます。
空いていれば提供も早いですし、お値段も安く、量もそこそこあり大満足です。
あっさりタンメンや肉タンメンも美味しいですけれども濃厚タンメンが一番今の所好きです。
初めて食べた時のあのびっくりは忘れられないです。
