はじめてのお店なので、スタンダードなものを。
広島お好み焼きは、どうしても上と下がバラバラになっちゃうんだけど、このソースをつけて食べると、美味いのなんのって！
ソバがカリカリに焼けている部分が特に美味しかった〜(*≧∀≦*)

The top and bottom of Hiroshima okonomiyaki will come apart, but when you eat it with this sauce, it's delicious!

が、初めて行った時に満員御礼状態だったのですが、のれんをくぐり女性の店主と目が合うと『あー、むりむり、また今度にして』と、シッシと手振りをされました。
少し嫌な気分に。
そこからまた別の機会に行くと、愛想良くして頂きましたが、お酒が程よくまわっていたのでしょう。町内の方々の悪口を聞かされ…
わたしには分かるはずもないのですが、せっかく美味しいお好み焼きを悪口聞かされながら食べる事が残念でした。
機会があり3度め。
シェア禁止など、お店のルールができたようで、壁にルールが貼ってありました。
子連れだったのですが、コロナ禍ということもあり『あんまりあちこち触らせないでね』と釘を刺されました。
味は美味しいです。
が、店主の気分で楽しく過ごせたり残念な気持ちになったりするお店だなーと3度通っての感想です。

The taste is delicious.

一生懸命感染対策を取られており、大変感心しました。
お店の方も優しく丁寧で、初めて伺いましたが大変居心地が良かったです！
お好み焼きは、生麺がパリッとする感じで焼いてあり、食感がとても良いです！
キャベツもボリュームと甘みがあり、シンプルで基本的なお好み焼きですが、トータルで味がしっかりあって、とても美味しかったです！ お腹も十分満腹になりました！
4月下旬の晴れた日に寄らせてもらったので、森林の風と鳥の囀りとそしてツーリングのエキゾーストノートがとても良い癒やしになりました！(笑)
是非またドライブがてら食べに行きたいです！
I drove 191 from Hiroshima city and visited the store at the opening time.

Okonomiyaki is baked with crispy raw noodles and has a very good texture!
The cabbage is also voluminous and sweet, and it is a simple and basic okonomiyaki, but the total taste was solid and it was very delicious! The stomach was full enough!
I stopped by on a sunny day in late April, so the forest breeze, bird singing, and touring exhaust notes were a great healing! (Lol)
I definitely want to go eat again after a drive!

そばがパリパリしていて食感が良く、ソースも美味しかった。
また行きたいです。

ここは店内飲食は今はしていません。テイクアウトのみです。店内飲食は予約すればできるそうです。サービスで温かいお茶を出してくれます。注文して車で待って居たら持ってきてくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型コロナのため店内飲食ができず、テイクアウトでいただきました。初めて食べましたが、広島式お好み焼き特有のキャベツの水っぽさがなく、ソースの味もピカイチでした。少しニンニクが効いてるように感じました。麺はチャンポンにしましたが、うどんが意外にしっかりしていて食感がよかったです。テイクアウトでも十分に美味しさが味わえます。
Because of the new corona, I couldn't eat or drink in the store, so I had it taken out. I ate it for the first time, but it didn't have the watery cabbage peculiar to Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, and the sauce tasted great. I felt that the garlic worked a little. I used champon noodles, but the udon noodles were surprisingly firm and had a nice texture. You can fully enjoy the taste even on takeout.
