ち	ちぃたん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信玄餅で有名な桔梗屋さんが営んでいるというカフェに行ってみました。甲府駅に原付きを停めて徒歩数分。雰囲気がすごくいい。店員さんの接客もよそよそしすぎず丁寧ですごく優しかったです。期間限定とネットで見たのでいちごパフェを頂いたのですが、本当にいちごがいっぱい。お手製らしいいちごジェラートは酸っぱすぎず甘すぎず、想像していたよりまろやかで絶品でした。ただ、いちごの鮮度が少し落ちていたのか柔らかめで少し張りがないようにも感じました。パフェあるあるですが下のコーンフレークの部分も食べづらく…。真ん中の辺りに埋め込まれていたスポンジ生地は程よい食感、甘さでどこで売っているのか聞こうか悩んだくらいでした。あ、あとサービスでなのかアイスティーを頼んだらギリギリまで注がれていて、シロップやフレッシュを入れたあと混ぜると結構こぼれてしまいました…。 I went to a cafe run by a Kikyo shop famous for Shingen mochi.
