y	yoshii ooo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲府駅に立ち寄った際に訪れました。ワインを購入しに行ったのですが、ちょうどワイナリーツアーの時間だったので参加しました。(1名1,000円) 樽でできた扉から地下のワインセラーに入り、ガイドさんに説明を受けながら全体を廻りました。SADOYAでのワインの作り方(シャトーブリアン)や、SADOYAの歴史を説明いただき、非常に面白かったです。特に、樽で熟成中のワインがたくさん置いてある倉庫はいかにもワイナリーらしく、見ることができてよかったです。最後はテイスティングをさせていただき、帰りにはツアーの中で説明いただいたシャトーブリアンを購入しました。キツすぎず飲みやすい、また食事に非常に合うのでまた機会があれば購入したいです。 I visited when I stopped by Kofu station. I went to buy wine, but it was just time for a winery tour, so I participated. (1,000 yen per person) I entered the wine cellar in the basement through the door made of barrels and went around the whole while receiving explanations from the guide. It was very interesting to hear about how to make wine at SADOYA (Chateaubriand) and the history of SADOYA. In particular, the warehouse where a lot of wine being aged in barrels is placed is like a winery, and it was nice to see it. At the end, I had a tasting, and on the way back, I bought the Chateaubriand that was explained during the tour. It's not too tight and easy to drink, and it goes well with meals, so I'd like to buy it again if I have the opportunity.
y	yuuumin m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山中湖への観光のついでに甲府に立ち寄りました。あまり観光スポットがなかったので、駅前のこちらのSADOYAワイナリーにふらっと立ち寄りました。突然訪れたのですが、ワインセラーツアーに1,000円で参加することができ、地下の歴史のあるワインセラーをガイドさん付きで見学させていただきました。全体的にワインの香りが充満していて、さらに滅多にみられないような珍しい場所も見ることができて、貴重な経験ができました。最後はテイスティングでグラスワインを1杯試飲。突然訪れたのにもかかわらず満足です。 I stopped by Kofu while sightseeing in Lake Yamanaka. There weren't many tourist spots, so I dropped in at this SADOYA winery in front of the station. I visited suddenly, but I was able to participate in a wine cellar tour for 1,000 yen, and I visited a wine cellar with a history in the basement with a guide. It was a valuable experience to see the aroma of wine as a whole and to see rare places that are rarely seen. At the end, tasting a glass of wine. I am satisfied despite my sudden visit.
Y	Yunyoung Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.02.07 ここはワイナリーと言う名の結婚式場です。とてもお洒落で写真は映えますが、ワインの味はとても不味いです。試飲する所ののスタッフさんは全くと言っていいほど知識がなかったです。なのに何故かワインが高い…? ソムリエほどの高い知識はないですが、そこそこワインは飲んでるし、世界のワイナリーも多数行ってますが、ここのワインは不味いと言うか…味がないです。もちろん好みはあると思いますが、おすすめ出来ません。
ク	クシティガルバ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100年を超える歴史のあるワイナリーです。コロナ禍にはありますが、見学ツアーを開催しており、試飲も可能です。葡萄の品種、赤白ワインの作り方の違い、醸造方法、熟成期間等々解説が興味深く楽しかったです。ワインの種類には特段詳しくはなく、こだわりなどはないのですが、ワインの飲み方、順番、料理との合わせ方はとても参考になりました。なんとなく赤が良いとか、最後にスパークリングワインを飲もうとかやっていましたが、知識を得るという体験はすばらしいと思いました。 A winery with a history of over 100 years. Although it is located in Corona, we are holding a tour and tasting is also possible. It was interesting and fun to explain the grape varieties, differences in how to make red and white wine, brewing method, aging period, etc. I am not particularly familiar with the types of wine, and I am not particular about it, but the way to drink wine, the order, and how to match it with the food was very helpful. Somehow red was good, and I was trying to drink sparkling wine at the end, but I thought the experience of gaining knowledge was wonderful.

G	Gabor S. (賀慕流) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest wineries in Japan and the Yamanashi area. I recommend taking the guided tour in the winery and you can taste local wines. The advantage of this winery is that it is walking distance from Kofu station while the other wineries are further outside town.
K	Ki Tsang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty winery at convenient location, but don’t expect too much about seeing the farm. It’s simply a small winery with few classic buildings and a tasting bar.
