麺は柔らかいチュルチュルで軽いもの。ほうとうには野趣溢れる郷土感を求めているので、その点は裏切られる。女性向けにうまくアレンジされてるんだろう。
桔梗屋らしさが出てるデザートもいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曜の19時半ごろ訪問。セレオという駅ビル内5階にあります。カウンター席も多く女性一人でも入りやすいです。他にお客さんは1名、店員さんはホールに1名、キッチンに2名いました。
メニューはほうとうを中心に、山梨の郷土料理が色々あります！アワビとセットのメニュー頼みましたがかなりのボリューム！炊き込みご飯は優しい美味しさ。ほうとうはカボチャや里芋、竹の子に山菜と具沢山！でした。鳥もつ煮も食べたかったけどお腹いっぱい過ぎて断念。
ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近場のほうとうやさんのランチ時間を過ぎてしまったので、こちらにほうとうを食べに来店しました。
店内は落ちついた雰囲気でゆっくりできました。
注文したのは信玄ほうとう（1200円）、富士桜ポーク他串揚げ五本セット（700円）。
ほうとうはきくらげが入ってたのが珍しかったですが、カボチャとじゃがいも、里芋とボリューム感ありお腹がパンパンになりました。二三人で食べるのがよいかと思います。
串揚げ五本セットはポークの他にマグロ、イカ、ナス、カボチャでした。
揚げたてで美味しかったです。
あまりポークの天ぷらは食べたことありませんが、唐揚げのような感じでした。
こちらもカボチャがあるのでほうとうを合わせて食べ過ぎてしまいました。
今回は頼みませんでしたが鶏もつ煮もありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉田のうどんを食べにセレオに来ましたが、ランチの時間が終わり、同じ階にあった信玄へ。
店内は15時ごろなのにお客様結構入っていて、スタッフさんが2人対応で忙しそう。
お店に入ってもスタッフさん気付かず自分から声かけて、少し待たされましたが、とても感じの良いスタッフの方々で忙しそうだから待っていようと思ってしまいました笑
ちょうど新そばの季節。
オリーブそばも気になりましたが、十割玄そば、二八そばの食べ比べを注文しました。
この時期だけ辛味大根が付くそうでラッキー！
辛味大根とお蕎麦の組み合わせがよく合います！
それぞれのそばを食べられるお得感。
あっという間に完食でした。

It's just the season for new soba.
I was also interested in olive soba, but I ordered a comparison of 100% gen soba and 28 soba.
I'm lucky that spicy radish will be attached only at this time!
The combination of spicy radish and soba goes well!
A great deal to eat each soba.
It was a complete meal in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車待ちの時間つぶすには良いのかもしれません。味は好みに合いませんでした(特にとりもつ、、駅の近くなら北口きり、食楽人、南口奥藤で食べるべきでした)。時間に余裕をもって駅ビルから出てお食事したほうが良いかもしれません。
ちょい飲みセットだけで出ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲府駅の駅ビルセレオ甲府の５階にあります。甲府へ旅行した際、地元の食べ物を食べたいけれど、帰りの電車まで１時間程度でしたので利用させていただきました。入店時に検温とアルコール消毒が求められ、利用後のテーブルと席はスタッフの方が丁寧に消毒しており、安心して利用できました。ちなみにほうとうを注文しました。かぼちゃを中心に野菜いっぱいでボリューム満点。美味しくいただきました。
