★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジの対応が最悪でした。こっちが質問してることに全く合わない返答をしてくるので話が一向に進みませんでした。それでレジを抜ける際に並んでた後ろの方々に特に何も誘導しないのも最悪でした。ずっと待たされてて私が申し訳なくなったので私が隣のレジへどうぞって案内しました。
そのあとの他のレジの女性スタッフの態度が1番傷つきました。私と一度も顔を合わせず大きな声で私をクレーマー扱いしました。「(レジの人に)ちゃんと対応してえらいねー」等。あちらのミスだったのに。情けなくて恥ずかしくて涙が出ました。気持ちのいい接客とはとてもじゃないですが言えません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が店舗の裏側なのでから入口迄が遠いし品揃えも悪く値段も近隣店舗より高い。
レジの対応は最悪で支払のみセルフレジですがベテランっぽい年配の女性は支払方法を確認もせずに勝手に支払レジにカゴを置くので何でも使えるのかと思いきやスマホ決済は選択肢に無くて聞くとレジ係が処理しなければならなかったらしく「言われなかったから」と言い訳。
おかげで社員さんが処理しなければならなくなり待たされるしヘラヘラして謝らないし二度と行きたくない店
