とても使いやすいスーパーマーケットです。 制服を着ている方々の気づきや挨拶は丁寧ですが、ワイシャツの方、白衣の方、エプロンだけの陳列だけの方は挨拶なくて、逆に怖い感じです。

日曜日にポイントが倍になる率が高いのが激アツですね。ポイントアップ日の狙い目は季節のイベント(盆・暮れ・連休)前だと思います。あと、近所のサミットよりも夜1時間長く営業しているので、夜行性のライフスタイルの人は助かりますね。改善点としては2つあって、時代がキャッシュレス決済なのにも関わらず、キャッシュレスで支払った場合、現金払い100円1ポイントが200円1ポイントになってしまうこと…………何故だ。現金は手間も掛かるし不衛生ですよ……ただし、これは会社側の問題なので、店舗は悪くないですね。店舗側の課題としては、野菜の質が悪い時はかなり悪い(虫食い、中身スカスカ)ので、契約農家を見直した方が良いのでは?とたまに思います。もしも、気を遣って農家側に意見を言えないのであれば、誰に一番気を遣わないといけないか立ち返った方がいいかもしれませんね。とは言え、普段から利用させていただいおり、全般的に満足なので星4でございます。

10年以上ユーザーです。普通の品質の物が少し安いレベルの中規模店舗って感じですので、ほとんどの物は揃います。広告商品のコスパはかなり良いです。レジ袋無料は神。 めちゃめちゃ混んでる感じも無いので、買い物はしやすい。 一方ここ最近は接客レベルはかなり落ちてますね。『いらっしゃいませ』を言う店員さんが少なく、品出しに集中していて、買い物の邪魔になること多々。レジ打ちも以前と比べたら覇気がないですね。全体的に雰囲気が暗い。私の中でCSは年々下がってますかね。評価3.5 青果……至って普通のラインナップ&クオリティ。近隣に比べたら一段安いって感じ。そこまでこだわりが無ければ全然買えます。陳列は綺麗です。 水産……ラインナップはマンネリで、新鮮さを感じさせるような売り場ではない(購買意欲が湧かない)刺身系は質と価格を比べたら、割高な気がするので買いません。もう少し刺身のクオリティを上げてほしいところ(冷凍の柵で、刺身用マグロとかあると嬉しい)他のスーパーみたいにすぐ食べれる調理済みの惣菜商品を置いてもいいかも。 精肉……ここ最近頑張ってると思います。スーパーの割に種類も豊富で、ミスジなんかも置いてあります(乳臭かったけど)。味付け肉も豊富&大量パックもあり、盛り付けなんかも結構工夫されてる印象。 惣菜……トングの揚げ物系は固定って感じで、変わり映えが無い。ひじきの煮物とカツ丼は美味しいと思います。あとはお弁当類は普通の普通って感じで購買意欲が湧かない。もう少しガッツリ丼系があると助かります。寿司も1本99円の巻物が常にあると嬉しい。 菓子パン系は他に比べたら結構安い。和菓子はマンネリ。地方スーパーの強みを生かして もっと和菓子に力を入れてもいいかも。
