工	工藤こう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま見つけて初訪問。庄内では珍しい博多とんこつかぁー。博多とんこつは大好きです。博多とんこつの他に熊本もあるのか…。悩む。どちらも本場で食べたがどちらも好きなラーメンだ。迷った時は一番左のボタンをポチッとすれば外れ無し。塩とんこつラーメンを頂きました。豚の香りがいい感じです。スープは少しとろみがあるがしつこくはない。麺の硬さもわからない人には丁寧に教えてくれるので大丈夫です。私はいつもカタ一択。麺がもう少し小麦が強い感じがいいかな。博多のダマにならない感じが好きなので。次はマー油だな。ご馳走様でしたー I happened to find it and visited for the first time. Hakata Tonkotsuka, which is rare in Shonai. I love Hakata Tonkotsu. Is there Kumamoto besides Hakata Tonkotsu? to worry. I ate both at home, but both are my favorite ramen.
