ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽く飲みなおしという事で同じく奉還町の「あぶり酒家 ○△□」さんまでやって来ました。この辺りは奉還町でも東端になります！！何も知らず飛び込みで入店、各テーブルには排煙装置がありますね！。友人と二人、入口近くのテーブル席に着きます。ここでも焼酎湯割りを注文、今日は湯割り以外呑んでませんね^^;　突き出しは茹で里芋、味付けはシンプルで素材の良さを活かしています。肝煮を突きながら友人と話し込みます！！あぶり焼き用の七輪がやって来ました、いい感じ炭火が入っていますね。あぶり素材はつくね・手羽先・蛤・ししゃも等々、値段の割には充実した内容になっていますね。醤油やポン酢もありましたがシンプルに岩塩で頂きましょう、友人が手慣れた手付きで振りかけてくれます。七輪で焼きながらお酒を頂く．．．なかなか風情ありますね、焼肉とは違った雰囲気で焼酎が進みます^^　岩塩で身の引き締まった手羽先と蛤が特に美味しかったです！ 23時近くになりましたので、名残惜しいですがこの辺りでお開きです。今宵は最初から最後まで焼酎湯割りオンリー、千鳥足で退店です I also came to Mr. "Aburizaka ○○" in the dedication town to re-drink lightly.
