徳願寺山

According to the topographic map of the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, the altitude is 352m on the mountain where the "Tokuganji Hiking Course" is located. There is another name of Mt. Okubo, which is the mountain number of Tokuganji Temple nearby. Regarding the altitude, on the information board at the entrance of the "Tokuganji Hiking Course", "Fudaidaira (Ogimatsuho)", which is located about 50m north of the peak indicated by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, is treated as a summit. Is 358.3m. I think that the general climb is to climb from the concrete slope next to the farm road at an altitude of about 170 m, which has a guideboard for the "Tokuganji Hiking Course". There are several log chairs near this slope, but no clear parking space. The mountain trail in the cedar forest branches right and left on the way, but you can reach either Buddha flat (Ogimatsuho) or Geographical Survey Institute peak by choosing either way. To the right, there is an observatory with wooden benches and a wooden bridge, which is full of variety, so that is recommended. Buddha flat (Ogimatsuho), which has a large place name pillar, is also a branch point with a mountain path to Brahmayama (aka Takayama), but there is no prospect. If you walk about 50m southward, you will reach the peak on the Geographical Survey Institute topographic map. If the trees are not growing, there is a view to the east from that point, and you can get a bird's eye view of the city centered on JR Shizuoka Station. The autumn leaves and sasanqua flowers are beautiful. You can also see Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay.

It's a sober mountain peak (elevation peak), but you won't notice it without a monument. There is no view. It is in the Tokuganji hiking course.
