発送までが速く、数日で商品が到着しました。
早速届いたノートパソコンの動作確認をしてみたところ、ACアダプタのコードが内部断線しているようで、コードの角度が悪いと給電できない状態でした。
その旨をお店の方にメールで連絡したところ、翌日には返信がありました。
内容はすでに別のACアダプタを発送しましたとのこと(不良だったACアダプタも送り返さなくていいとの事で、手間がなくて助かりました)。
とても早い対応のおかげで翌日にはACアダプタが届き、ACアダプタの動作確認をしたところ、今度は問題なく給電する事ができました。
丁寧な梱包も凄く好感が持てました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
――2022年2月1日追記――
再び中古パソコンを購入させていただきました。
フレーム部分に傷がある割り引き価格の商品を購入したのですが、発送の段階で不具合が確認されたそうで、その商品の上位機種を発送して下さいました。
ちゃんと送る前にも商品の確認をしてもらえて良かったです。
一応、不具合が発覚した時点でこちらに電話で連絡をしてくれたようですが、その時ちょうど忙しくて出れなかったので、特にこちらには不利益がないと判断して上位機種をそのまま発送していただきました。
しかもその上位機種の方には傷などの目立った欠点もなく、こちらの方が一方的に得をしてしまったようで少し申し訳ない気持ちです。
臨機応変に対応して下さりとても満足です。またパソコンが必要になったら頼りにさせていただこうと思います。

As for the contents, another AC adapter has already been shipped (I was saved because I didn't have to send back the defective AC adapter, so I didn't have to worry about it).
Thanks to the very quick response, the AC adapter arrived the next day, and when I checked the operation of the AC adapter, I was able to supply power without any problems this time.
I also liked the careful packaging. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I bought a used computer again.
I purchased a discounted product with scratches on the frame part, but it seems that a defect was confirmed at the shipping stage, so I shipped a high-end model of that product.
I'm glad that you confirmed the product before sending it properly.
For the time being, it seems that he contacted me by phone when the problem was discovered, but at that time I was just busy and could not get out, so I decided that there was no particular disadvantage here and shipped the high-end model as it is I received it.
Moreover, there are no noticeable defects such as scratches on the higher-end model, and I feel a little sorry that this one seems to have gained one-sidedly.
I am very happy to be able to respond flexibly. Also, if I need a personal computer, I will rely on it.
