★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時開店前に10人ほどが並んでいました。予約の方もいれて1時間ほどで完売していました。店内は植物やインテリアが目をひきました。蕎麦は、こしがあっておいしいです。
 About 10 people lined up before the store opened at 11:00. I made a reservation and sold it out in about an hour. The interior of the store attracted me with plants and interiors. The buckwheat noodles are delicious and rich.

12時少し前に着いたけど、二八蕎麦は売り切れでした。事前に電話すれば取り置き可能だそうです。
10割蕎麦せいろと田舎蕎麦を注文。
時季限定の胡桃ダレが絶品でした。
胡桃ダレだけでも購入したいくらい。
蕎麦の風味がとてもよい。
なにより良かったのは、接客。
流行っていて混んでいるのに、大変気持ちの良い接客だった。
また行きたい。
駐車場から店入り口まで、坂になっているので、歩行に難がある方は注意した方がいいかも

I arrived a little before 12 o'clock, but the soba soba was sold out. It seems that you can reserve it by calling in advance.

Seasonal walnut sauce was excellent.
I want to buy just walnut sauce.
The flavor of buckwheat is very good.
Customer service was the best of all.
Although it was popular and crowded, the service was very pleasant.
I want to go again.
There is a slope from the parking lot to the store entrance, so if you have difficulty walking you may want to be careful.

二八も十割もすばらしい。

Mansaku Gozen also has a small bowl with the ethnic seasoning of beets and lotus root, which makes it feel a little unsuitable, and the soba flavor has been erased. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二八も十割もすごく美味しい蕎麦屋です！弘前の中心からだいぶ離れた山中にあるにも関わらず、人気店でいつも賑わってます。なので、(特に十割を食べたい場合は)予約して取っておいてもらったほうがいいです。
毎回天ぷらせいろを頼みますが、エビが肉厚でぷりっぷりです。これだけでも食べる価値あると思います。
あとタラの芽の天ぷらがほくほくでめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
写真はないですが、万作御前の小鉢にある自家製の豆腐が、濃厚でチーズのような風味もあってここでしか食べられない味です。
おすすめです！
It's a soba restaurant that is very delicious, 28% and 100%! Even though it is located in the mountains far from the center of Hirosaki, it is always crowded with popular shops. So it's a good idea to make a reservation (especially if you want to eat 100%).
I ask for tempura steamer every time, but the shrimp is thick and plump. I think this alone is worth eating.
Also, the tempura of cod sprouts is very delicious.
There is no photo, but the homemade tofu in the small bowl in front of Mansaku has a rich, cheese-like flavor that can only be eaten here.

特に胡桃ひ、だれの蕎麦が大好きです。胡桃だれは渋皮をひとつひとつ丁寧に剥がして作る自家製なので旬の季節しか食べられないです。

I especially love walnuts and soba noodles. Walnut sauce is homemade by carefully peeling off the astringent skin one by one, so you can only eat it during the season.
