★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 境内の毘沙門天（奥州仙臺七福神の一）が知られており、一般に満福寺も含めて「毘沙門堂」と通称されている。また、親しみを込めて「荒町の毘沙門さん」とも呼ばれる。
 The precincts of Bishamonten (one of the Oshu Senjo Shichifukujin) are known and are commonly known as Bishamon-do, including Manpukuji Temple. It is also called “Aramachi Bishamon” for the sake of familiarity.

七福神は中央にある、毘沙門堂ではなく七福神の旗が立っている千躰毘沙門堂の方と云うことでした。
This is dedicated to Bishamonten, the Seven Lucky Gods of Oshu.
The Seven Lucky Gods were not the Bishamon-do in the center, but the Sentai Bishamon-do where the flag of the Seven Lucky Gods was standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「奥州仙台七福神」の一つ「毘沙門天」がお祀りしてあるお寺さんです☺️ 市営バスの荒町・若林区役所方面のバスで、「荒町」下車、徒歩3分くらいです。お寺さんですが、毘沙門天は神社として祀られているので、御本尊は建物内にあり、拝観する事が出来ません。藤崎本館の「えびす神社」と同じですね?他の七福神とは違います。基本的には、小ぢんまりとしたお寺さんです。小スペースながら駐車場も完備しています。
It is a temple where "Bishamonten", one of the "Oshu Sendai Seven Fukujin", is enshrined. ☺️ Take the municipal bus bound for Aramachi / Wakabayashi Ward Office, get off at "Aramachi", and walk for about 3 minutes. Although it is a temple, Bishamonten is enshrined as a shrine, so the principal image is inside the building and cannot be seen. It's the same as "Ebisu Shrine" in the Fujisaki Main Building ? It's different from other Seven Lucky Gods. Basically, it's a small temple. Although it is a small space, it also has a parking lot.
