★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物は一昔前の(？)ラーメン屋って感じですが、ふらっと来てサクッと食べていける雰囲気が好きです笑
ここに来たらやっぱ普通のラーメンでしょ?
THE 支那そば！
個人的なオススメは普通のチャーシュー麺(細麺)❗脂身と肉がしっかりと味わえる満足感たっぷりのチャーシュー✨
それと焼きそば❗ソース焼きそばなんですが、ニンニクなのかな？風味ガッツリ太麺こってり焼きそば✨旨いです～
そしてキンッキンに冷えた生ビールですね?笑
調理はおばあちゃん一人で頑張ってらっしゃるのかな？?
いつまでも在り続けて欲しいお店の１つです?
※ その時々ですが、ラーメンは熱々のスープじゃないと気に食わん！って方には相性いまいちかもしれません?
猫舌の方や届いてから一気に食べたい方は美味しくいただけます?

THE Chinese noodles!
My personal recommendation is ordinary char siu noodles (thin noodles) ❗ Char siu with plenty of satisfaction that you can taste fat and meat firmly ✨
And yakisoba ❗ sauce yakisoba, is it garlic? Flavored thick noodles rich yakisoba ✨ It's delicious ~
And it's a cold draft beer ? lol
Is your grandmother doing her best to cook alone? ?
It's one of the shops I want you to stay forever ?
* Sometimes, I don't like ramen unless it's a hot soup! It may not be compatible with those who are ?

ラーメンＢ古式醤油セット。
ここのラーメンＢは熟成醤油の濃いけどそんなに辛く無い醤油なんで醤油を欲した時に食いたくなります。
ラーメンはツルツルでコショウが効いててサッパリたべれます。
俺はここの餃子が好きでお得なセットを毎回食べてます。
ご馳走さまでした。

Ramen B Bold soy sauce set.
This ramen B is rich in mature soy sauce but it is not so hot soy sauce and you want to eat it when you want soy sauce.
The ramen is slick, peppery and crispy.
I like the dumplings here, and I have a great set every time.
It was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かお店に向かいましたがお休みで、ようやくお邪魔しました。
今回は「担々麺」と「梅ラーメン」をいただきました。
「担々麺」はあっさり味の担々麺でした。
何故か担々麺は通常から大盛りです。
薄めのスープで玉ねぎがたっぷりなので、かなり甘さが出ています。
かなり好き嫌いが分かれる味という印象です。
麺はかなり柔らかめなので、大盛りだとのびのびになってしまいます。
内容から考えるとコスパは良くないです。
「梅ラーメン」はシンプルな内容の塩味です。
スープはさっぱりというか、既製品感が強い印象でした。
こちらも内容を考えるとちょっと割高だと思います。
接客も良いとは言えません。
常連さんとの対応の差がかなり激しいです。

"Tandan noodles" was a light-tasting dandan noodle.
For some reason, dandan noodles are usually large.
It's a thin soup with plenty of onions, so it's quite sweet.
The impression is that the taste is quite different.
The noodles are quite soft, so if you have a large serving, it will be easy to spread.
Considering the contents, cospa is not good.
"Plum ramen" has a simple salty taste.
The soup was refreshing and had a strong impression of ready-made products.
I think this is also a little expensive considering the contents.
The customer service is not good either.
The difference in correspondence with regulars is quite large.

旧国道８号線と新しい８号線の間にあり、駐車場スペースは10台程度。
カウンター席が6-7席に小上がりの席があります。
ラーメンのセットをオーダーしました。
ラーメンは富山ブラックのような濃い醤油＋強めのコショウの味で、具はメンマ・長ネギみじん切りと、チャーシューの代わりに豚バラ肉で、ライスと非常に合うのでセットのご飯が有難いです。
2022年3月追記。
インディアンラーメンとチャーハンをいただきました。
インディアンラーメンはインディアン要素についてはよくわからなかったが、ラー油の香るピリ辛の醤油ラーメンで、旨辛でした。
チャーハンがこれまた旨く、良い塩梅の塩加減に青海苔がたっぷりかかってなかなかのインパクト。
具にチャーシューが入っているのは珍しくも何ともないですが、刻んだメンマが入っていて食感にも味にもアクセントが効いて旨い。

I had Indian ramen and fried rice.
I wasn't sure about the Indian elements of Indian ramen, but it was a spicy soy sauce ramen with a scent of chili oil, and it was spicy.
The fried rice is also delicious, and the saltiness of the good salted plums is covered with plenty of green laver, which is quite an impact.
It's not unusual for the ingredients to contain char siu, but the chopped menma is included, which gives an accent to the texture and taste.

細麺太麺が選べます。
細麺で注文しました。
食堂のラーメンて感じでかなり柔麺でした。
だがそれがいい。
スープは一口目に煮干しの風味が鼻に抜けて食欲をそそります。
スープの中に結構な量の刻み玉ねぎが入ってますね。
餃子も小さめだけど、美味しいです。
