ラーメンはシンプルな中にも深い味わいがあり、麺も拘っていて美味しいです。
母は昔加茂にあった喜久屋さんの味に似ていると嬉しそうに食べていました。
また、ラーメンの美味しさもさることながら、一品料理の充実さと美味しさに驚きました。
上野の焼鳥屋で修行した店主が出す料理は、盛り付けも綺麗で丁寧に作られているのが伝わります。ラーメン屋とは思えないクオリティです。
また加茂に帰った際は絶対伺います!

洒落た居酒屋さんの内装とジャズが流れる店内。
800円するラーメンと構えてたけど…美味い。
スープは美味しいブリ大根みたいな良い香りのするスープで醤油のかえしも濃厚ってか分厚い感じ。
麺もここしばらく食って無かった麦の味が良くする細麺で良い材料使ってんだろなぁ…てラーメン。
初めて見たんはバラチャーシューは噛みしめられる位のチャーシューなんだけど脂身部分がサバの刺身でよく見る二枚引きみたいになってて、三枚引きになってた。
ただ切り方だけなのに脂身がサラッと食えるのがスゲェ。
ちょっと苦手なレアチャーシューもチットも生臭く無いし、三つ葉も良い。
こんなラーメンだと800円もうなづけるかな。
後チャめし。香ばしい薄切りレアチャーシューをワサビ付けて食う…ローストポークを熱々ご飯で食ってるみたいで美味かった。
量より質って感じだけどお腹一杯になった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の19時30分頃に伺いました。すぐに着席出来ました。店内には自分達以外にもうひと客。テーブル席でしたが少し低く食べ難かったです。
今回は中華そば 塩を頂きました。綺麗な見た目が食欲をそそります。美味しかったです。加茂山公園の近くなので散策の後にいかがでしょうか。また伺いたいと思います。

家族連れでお邪魔しました。
2年ぶりに行きましたが、前より格段に美味しくなっていました。注文したのは『塩(リニューアル)』にチャーシューと岩海苔トッピング。無化調とは思えないスープの旨味が麺に絡みます!薬味も付いていて途中の味変もあり、最後まで楽しめました。
今回は⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
