m	mar s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西の方に用事があったので途中にある食堂でお昼ご飯を。この辺りでは有名な六太郎食堂さんへ。お昼時、ほぼ満席。ちょうど片付けてもらって入店することができました！ありがたい…。冷やし中華が美味しいよという話を聞いていたのでもちろん冷やし中華。しかもはらぺこだったので大盛りの上のやつ！ついでに暑いからビール！ビールを飲みながらしばらく待つと冷やし中華到着！おぉ…想像より大盛り… でもまぁ、はらぺこなのでいけるだろうと食べました！ん？想像よりすっぱくない…。う、うまい！ってなります。ほどよい酸味がありながらもしっかりとした旨味。これはいい！本当に特盛いけちゃいました！このタレはホントするするいけちゃいますね！これは是非食べていただきたいですね。 I had an errand in the west, so I had lunch at the dining room on the way. 夢	夢がふっとつ!食べ歩きブログ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟市の南区で食堂と言ったら、まずこちらが頭に浮かぶ程の超老舗店です。チャーシュー麺を頼みました。スープの透明度が高く、シュッとした綺麗なラーメンです。見た目通り最初の一口は薄口に感じます。だけどコクはしっかりと有って「物足りなさ」とかは感じないですね。一口目は薄味に感じていたスープも食べ進める内に虜になり、食べ終わる頃には丁度良く「美味しかった！」って感じる完成された一杯でした。ご馳走様でした！ When you think of a restaurant in Minami-ku, Niigata, this is a long-established restaurant that comes to mind.
