★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋のマノワ。ぶりのカルパッチョ。柚子のソルベが爽やかでプレゼンテーションが想像を越えてた。カダイフ付きのマス。ポルチーニソースが美味過ぎる。今年初のモンドールも。毎回、驚き満載、納得の安定感、良いお店。
夏は鮎に鱧。期待値上回る美味しさ。大満足！
安定の一人ランチ。旬の食材が満載のフレンチ。コースにオリジナルのシャンパンが選べるのが良き。デザート代わりにチーズも選べる。おいしく、居心地よく、使い勝手が良い。季節ごとに行きたい。
 Manoir in autumn. Carpaccio for the first time. Yuzu's sorbet was refreshing and the presentation was beyond imagination. Trout with Kadaif. The porcini sauce is too delicious. Also this year's first Mont-Dore. Every time, it's full of surprises, a sense of stability, and a good shop.
Ayu and conger in the summer. Deliciousness that exceeds expectations. Very satisfied!
Stable one-person lunch. French food full of seasonal ingredients. It is good to be able to choose the original champagne for the course. You can also choose cheese instead of dessert. Delicious, cozy and easy to use. I want to go every season.

オーナーが自らハンティングしているようで、時期や料理の味に自信があるというだけあって素晴らしいです。
鹿肉に添えているソースが本当に合いました。
I didn't think there was a restaurant in Tokyo where you could eat Jibie so deliciously.
The owner seems to be hunting himself, and it is wonderful because he is confident in the time and taste of the food.
The sauce that accompanies the venison really matched.

私が20代の頃銀座のフレンチで一緒に働かせて頂いてから、約20年振りの再会??♀️
お互い40代になりましたが、相変わらず若々しくエネルギッシュでいらっしゃいました❤️?❤️?
あの時もご立派でしたが、
広尾にお店をかまえられ、雑誌やラジオ出演が多く時々見る東京カレンダーにも「あ！また中村さんのお店出てる‼︎」とご活躍を遠くから拝見しておりました??♀️
本日はようやく、本当にようやくマノワさんにお伺い出来、しかも美味しいものには目がない麻紀さんと伺えた事は何より嬉しかったです?

I had a shop in Hiroo, and I saw the activity from a distance on the Tokyo calendar, which I often see in magazines and radio, saying "Ah! Nakamura-san's shop is out again!" ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クラシカルなフレンチ風にジビエが食べられるお店。ソースがバターが効いていてとても満足感があります。ワインもグラス毎に好みに合わせた物を頂けます。お料理はもちろんですが、店内の内装もとても素敵でした。また是非伺いたいです。
A restaurant where you can eat Jibie in a classical French style. The sauce is buttery and very satisfying. You can also get wine according to your taste for each glass. Not to mention the food, the interior of the store was also very nice. I would love to visit you again.
