我今次是透過食べログ在網上訂了最輕盈的11,000円日圓晚餐。我覺得分量剛剛好。
這間餐廳每一道菜都10分好味，甚至比La Robuchon 還要好味?。我們被安排在窗口的位置開着窗有微風進入感覺非常relax.
真正喜歡法國菜的朋友必須要來這間餐廳?，大力推崇。

その構えからしてまるで美術館の様な美しさがあり、入店の瞬間から心踊る感覚を味わえます。
お店はメインダイニングや個室が多数あり、そのどれもにテーマ性を感じられる造りとなっています。
肝心のお料理はどれも美味しく、見目麗しいプレートばかり。
テーブルウェアや調度品も品が良く、自分まで洗練されたような気持ちにさせてくれます。
接客はオーダーの取り方からメニューの説明に掛けてかなりフレンドリー且つ積極的なものでしたが、流石はプロと言いますか、匙加減が絶妙。個人的にはストライク寄りな接客でした。
たまに、接客はシンプルを良しとする方の意見も聞きますが、私は色々なパッションをしっかりと感じられる接客が好みです。
サービス料が発生しているという面を考慮しても、やはりたくさんお話を聞かせてくれる方が楽しみが増えると感じます。
食後に少し個室を案内して頂き、どの様な用途を想定して造られたかなども教えてもらえ、またそう言った機会に使わせて頂こうと思える楽しみもお土産として持ち帰れました。
素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。
ひらまつはレストランのみならず、スモールラグジュアリー系のホテル等も展開しているので、是非ホテルにも足を伸ばしてみようと思える、良い時間を過ごせました。
