p	puぷ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月末の週末に利用。店舗前はクルマ2、3台程度の広さだが、道路を挟んで向かいにかなりの広さの砂利敷きの駐車場あり。開店前に着いたが既に数組の先客がおり、開店と同時に満席になる人気店。退店時も入店待ちが大勢いた。週末だからか、食事の追加注文とテイクアウトは不可。また早く食べ終えた隣の客は、穏やかに退店を促されていた。なので、混雑の割には回転はさほど悪くないと思われる。肉焼きそば大盛りを子供と分けたが、麺2玉程度あって十分過ぎる量。もっちりした麺は噛んでいて美味しく、キャベツと豚肉のシンプルな組み合わせが美味しい。味は濃いめだがキャベツが多いのでバランスはちょうど良い。着席したカウンターの目の前で焼きそばを調理していて、10数玉の焼きそばを一気に調理していて迫力が凄かった。写真を撮影しようとしたところ穏やかに制止されてしまった。知らぬこととは言え申し訳ないことをした。ただ人気店のようなので「調理場の撮影はご遠慮ください」的な注意書きはあっても良いと思う。迷惑はかけたくないのでご一考いただきたい。店の前には首輪付きの黒猫。愛想が良い訳ではないが絶妙な距離を保って居続けるので、とても良い招き猫だと思った。 Used on weekends at the end of October.
