正直、由比という地名も桜えびが有名という事も全く知らずに到着。
お昼時だったので、たまたま見つけた良さげなお店。
至る所に 桜えび と書いてある町ですからね。有名な産地には理由があります。
美味しい。この一択です。
迷わず桜えび定食。
かき揚げが思った以上に大きい事にびっくりしました。そしてサクッと。中は程よいフワフワ感。
今まで食べていた桜えびのかき揚げがサクサク過ぎていた事に気づかされました。
生の桜えびを揚げるとこんなに食感と旨味が違うのですね！！
由比には初めて来ましたが、魅力的な町だと思います。
また来ます！！ハマる理由が分かりますね！

I came to Yui for the first time, but I think it is a charming town.

桜えびのかき揚げは絶妙な薄さでとても美味しい。
ラーメンなどもメニューにあります。

由比といえば桜えびと言うことで訪問しました‼桜えび定食をいただきましたが、かき揚げを海老塩でいただき味噌汁もいりこ出汁が効いてとても美味しかったです?女将さんも気さくで良かったです。他にもラｰメンや丼ものもあり、値段もリｰズナブルでした?お店はちょっと狭いですが入口に消毒薬がありコロナ対策も大丈夫でした?

他のお店の桜えび関係の値段を見ると良心的なのではないかと思います。
肝心の食事も美味しかったです。
かき揚げは素揚げのようなタイプでした。

小さめながら、エビの風味、甘味が感じられる美味しい
しらすもいい塩加減、佃煮は甘く仕立てられご飯が進みます
残念ながら生の桜エビはいただけなかった（土曜日は漁がないので入荷なし）けど十分でした
