★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「車椅子周遊コース」とありますが、車椅子利用者の観点では勾配がキツく長い坂（舗装）と、未舗装でガタガタの坂があり、車椅子利用者単独での周回は極めて困難あるいは不可能です。同伴者が押すにしても体力には注意が必要だと思います。

それほど何かをできるような場所ではないが、自然の中でゆっくりしたい人にはおすすめ。
駐車場からは少し坂道か森の中の階段を歩くので、小さいお子さんやお年寄りと同行する際には留意が必要かもしれません。
手ぶらで行ったとしても、園内各所に自動販売機は設置されており、飲み物に関しては心配がありません。
付近にある国立公園と間違えやすいので、あらかじめ地図やナビで場所を調べて向かうと安心です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 満濃池の南に位置する森林浴が満喫できる公園です。巨大な敷地なので、一周しようとすると1日がかりになります。このスケール感は中々他の公園では感じる事はできません。いくつかモデルコースがあるので滞在時間に合わせてチョイスするのが良いでしょう。散策は森の中を歩く事になりますが、要所要所で地図があるので迷うことはないと思います。トイレは点在していますが、自動販売機は少なめです。売店はありませんので、お昼を挟む時間になる場合はお弁当やお菓子を持参した方が良いでしょう。
It is a park located in the south of Manno Pond where you can enjoy a forest bath. It's a huge site, so it takes a day to go around. This sense of scale cannot be felt in other parks. There are several model courses, so it's a good idea to choose according to your staying time. The walk will be in the woods, but I don't think you'll get lost because there are maps at key points. Toilets are scattered, but vending machines are few. There are no shops, so it's a good idea to bring your own lunch or sweets when it's time for lunch.
