先日退去手続きとりました。入居中は黙っていましたが、「施設長のKDT」という人物の対応がかなりひどかったです。入居の際、布団、収納ケース、防火カーテン他、買いそろえるものがかなりありましたが、事前の説明全く無し。入居時に慌てて買いに行かされました。退去時も施設長KDTは休みで立ち合いもなし、スタッフさんが詳しい引継ぎをされていなかった為、その場で確認のTELするも電話に出ず。 KDTは口では調子のよいことを言うが、自分のことしか考えていない、面倒な仕事はスタッフに押し付けているのがよくわかりました。面倒なことがあると利用者家族にやたら電話し押し付けてきます。（買い物、突然の病院付き添い他いろいろ）今回、利用者入院のため退去となりましたが、買いそろえたものはすべて無駄になりました。また、退去で住民票住所が変わるにあたり、今後の対応を案内されるかと思いきや、担当ケアマネのOKWからも説明がないどころか、退去当日不在。すべてにおいて最悪でした。施設長が変わらない限りここはだめですね。スタッフさんがかわいそうなので本社に苦情は上げました。今後利用する皆様が安心できるよう改善を切に願います。

Also, will you be informed of future measures when the resident's card address changes due to moving out? I thought that there was no explanation from OKW of the care manager in charge, but on the day of moving out absence. It was the worst of all. Unless the facility manager changes, this is no good. I made a complaint to the head office because I feel sorry for the staff. We sincerely hope that improvements will be made so that everyone who uses it in the future can feel at ease.
