★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後からの客の注文を先に受けて飛ばさされ不快な思いをした。バイトのお兄さんだか判らんがもう少し教育した方がいいですよ。若しくは注文のシステムを工夫するとか考えて欲しい。
 I felt uncomfortable when I received a customer's order later and was skipped. I don't know if it's a part-time job brother, but it's better to educate a little more. Or think about devising an ordering system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何も追加しなければ安いかも知れませんが、揚げ物を追加すると結構な値段になります。うどんは美味しいです。
It may be cheap if you don't add anything, but if you add fried food, it will be quite expensive. Udon is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改装が終わった様子で行ってみました。持ち帰りと店内と入り口が分かれていました。総合的な満足度は少し残念と言わざる得ないかな。
I went there after the renovation was completed. The take-out and the inside of the store and the entrance were separated. I have to say that the overall satisfaction is a little disappointing.

残念過ぎます！
麺はぶよぶよ、レジ対応は最悪、1000円近く払う価値ありません。
しばらく丸亀製麺には行きません！
バイトの高校生でしょうが、常識無さすぎ。
マニュアル守って仕事してるのか、こいつら（笑）
I went to eat around 14:00 on 3/27 today.
It's too disappointing!
The noodles are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
I won't go to Marugame Seimen for a while!
It's probably a high school student working part-time, but it's too common sense.
Do they work while observing the manual (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員が車で駐車場出口側から侵入し、駐車場内を勢いよく走行してたのを目撃。走行していたのは店舗の出入り口側で非常に危険と感じた。※従業員と判断したのは店舗出口より入っていったこと、奥の駐車スペースに置いたこと（アルバイトかもしれない）。車はオラオラ系の車種。従業員の教育を徹底した方が良い。また、温かいうどんを頼んだが、麺はコシがなく、だしサーバーのつゆはぬるかった。日によって（従業員によって）違うのかもしれない。頑張っている従業員もいるので、改善を望む。
I witnessed an employee driving in from the parking lot exit side and driving vigorously in the parking lot. I felt that it was very dangerous to drive on the doorway side of the store. * I decided that I was an employee because I entered from the store exit and put it in the parking space at the back (maybe a part-time job). The car is an oraora type car. Thorough employee education is better. Also, I ordered warm udon noodles, but the noodles were not chewy and the soup stock on the dashi server was lukewarm. It may be different from day to day (depending on the employee). Some employees are working hard, so I hope for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/11 14:30 店内にハエが何匹も飛び回り、天ぷらにも止まっていたが店員は何の対処もする様子無し。天かす、ネギコーナーにもハエが着地。
下手すると卵すら生み付けられている可能性も有る。テーブルもどこを見ても暫く拭き掃除はして無さそうな様子。
不衛生なオペレーションが常態化しているのだろうと容易に想像が出来ました。
麺場の学生さん？も対応悪く麺も適当にしか茹でてない為、レジ後の出汁も追加したが出来上がったうどんはぬるい。
以前来た時も不衛生な店舗だと思っていたが更にパワーアップしていた。かなり酷い。
11/11 14:30 Many flies flew around in the store and stopped at the tempura, but the clerk did not seem to take any action. Flies land on the tenkasu and green onion corners.
If you are not good at it, even eggs may be laid. No matter where you look at the table, it seems that it will not be wiped for a while.
It was easy to imagine that unsanitary operations were becoming a norm.
A student at the noodle shop? However, the noodles are only properly boiled, so I added the soup stock after the checkout, but the finished udon is lukewarm.
When I came here, I thought it was an unsanitary store, but it was even more powerful. It's pretty terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent udon at a fair price. Unlike other restaurants, it's a self service : udon is prepared and cooked in front of you. Choice is basic but prices are fair.
