 How about paying for the parking lot of the staff and not providing transportation expenses? I haven't heard it anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イベントが豊富みたいで、おじいちゃんおばあちゃんも楽しそうでした。年に一回コンサートもあるそうです。すごい施設だなと驚きました。
There seemed to be a lot of events, and grandpa and grandma also seemed to have fun. There is also a concert once a year. I was surprised that it was a great facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 叔父と叔母がお世話に成っています。職員の皆様は、とても親切で、流石だなと思います。受付の若い女性が、こちらが恐縮するくらい、丁寧で感じが酔いと思いました。
My uncle and aunt are indebted to me. I think that all the staff are very kind and fluent. I thought that the young lady at the reception was so polite and so drunk that I felt scared.

車通勤して利用している駐車場も有料だったが無料にしたみたい。そもそも車通勤者及び公共交通を利用して出勤している職員に交通費支給していないでしょ。他より給料を高くしても交通費で消えたら意味がない。最寄り駅からも離れ、人出不足と人材確保を考えたら、交通費支給があるのが普通でしょう。

仲間を大切にしない人が高齢者を大切にできるはずがない。オススメはしない。
Since becoming the new director, the number of employees who have retired is unusually high. Disposable staff is conspicuous.
People who don't care for their peers can't care for the elderly. I don't recommend it.

見てられない程の対応で辞めていく方が多いです。絶対に親は、いれません。本当に可哀想で、こちらが精神的にやられます。お勧め絶対に出来ません
I have a nice face until the time of welcome.
Many people quit because they couldn't see it. Absolutely no parents. It's really pitiful and I can do it mentally. I can never recommend it
