シ	シロイねずみの子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーチェンジがあり、他社から管理会社がこちらに変更になった。更新時期に更新書類が郵送で届いたが、事前説明もなく勝手に賃料が値上がり…。こちらから問い合わせるも「間違った」と言われ、情報の確認後に折り返し連絡をもらうことになった。その後、担当者から連絡はあったが「〇〇円ではどうですか？」と意味のわからない説明が。何を再確認してくれたのかも不明。説明になっていないと言うと「大家さんが無理を言うので賃料をあげて書類を作ったんです」と白状した。うーん… それなら間違ったのではなく、意図的に書類を作成して、わざと契約者に言わなければそのままサインして返信してもらえると思っていた、ということですよね？色々と不明な点もあり不信感が強まった…。利益優先の会社なのでしょうが、説明なしにやりたい放題に感じられます。こちらで契約や更新をするのであればよーーく契約内容を理解して、都度確認を行うことをお勧めします。 There was an owner change, and the management company was changed from another company to this one. み	み on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相談の時点では対応いいけど、契約してからが最悪。契約書には退去時、故意過失によるものを契約者が負担と書いてあったけど、入居のしおりには全額契約書負担と書いてあり、念の為担当者に連絡したら「故意過失によるものだけですよ。契約書ちゃんと見た方がいいですよ笑」と言われました。また、ゴミ出ししたら近所の人にゴミ出す場所が違うと言われ、それも連絡したら「契約書に書いてあります。確認してください。」何回確認しても書いてない。私が見落としてる可能性もあるけど契約書に書いてありますよってバカにしたように言うならせめて契約書のどこに明記してあるのか言ってほしい。ゴミをどこに出すかの資料がファイルに入ってるって言われたけど入ってないって言ったら、じゃぁ今から届けますって。。謝らないの...？若いからバカにされたのか、私が直前に住んでたのがシェアハウスって言ったから賃貸について知らないと思ったのか。。あいにくですが、シェアハウスに住む前は普通の賃貸に住んでたので、この会社がどれだけ非常識かくらい分かります。色んな所に住んだけどこんなに対応悪い不動産会社初めてでした。住んで数ヶ月で引っ越す余裕もないので住み続けてますが次に引っ越す時は絶対違う不動産会社です。住んでる家は快適なのに不動産会社のせいで気持ちよく住めないなんて...。口コミを信じておけばよかった。。 At the time of consultation, it is good to respond, but it is the worst after contracting.
