ホテルより安いのは勿論、御堂筋線と阪和線も近いので便利です。
気さくなオーナーや同居人さんたちと程よい距離感を保ちながら生活できるので、寂しがりやの一人好きな私には最適です。
I use it whenever I go on a business trip in Osaka.

浴室もリニューアルされ、綺麗で浴槽も広めなのでゆったりと入浴できます。
シェアハウスなので人の入れ替わりはありますが、話が合う人と仲良くなれるととても良い距離感で楽しく過ごせます。
キッチンも広いので自炊する方は満足にご飯が作られると思います。
