む	むら三吉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹原市近郊に来訪した際口コミの評価の高さから訪問したら、既にスープが売り切れで撃沈。翌週わざわざ誠家さんを目指し開店時間に合わせ再訪。開店5分で満席(コロナ対応で席を間引いてる様子ですが)。白を注文しました。スープは丁寧にとってあり、全く臭みもなくスッキリ最後まで飲み干すことが出来ました。麺もちょうどよい茹で加減、良い小麦粉を使って作られてるのがわかる美味しい麺でした。ラーメンの味もさることながら、店内の清潔さキレイな厨房。落ち着いてしっかりと注文ごとに丁寧に仕上げる仕事に感心いたしました。竹原方面に行くことがあればまた是非伺いたいと思います When I visited the suburbs of Takehara City because of the high evaluation of the reviews, the soup was already sold out and sank.
