★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久喜市、というと東京にもすぐに行ける範囲内ですし、最近は地震の際の被害を抑えよう、と市内の土地改良も行政が推し進めている、ということで、これからいずれ同居する母のことも考え、家族で住むには安心かなぁ、と思っていました。
実際尋ねてみると、そういった行政の取り組みなどもちゃんと分かっており、今が狙い目、という意見も私の意見と一致。マコト不動産さんにお願いすることになりました。
