★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも、お世話になってます。新しいのが出たり、展示会の時は良く声をかけてもらってます。ですが、アイディアが上に伝わらない部分に少し不満がありますね！大きい会社はどこもそんな感じなのですが、そこを変えることで更なる売上につながるはず

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18vの草刈機購入をきっかけにあれもこれもと増え、気が付けば何十万も購入していました。その中にたまたま初期不良品があったのですがさすがマキタさんで、相談して持ち込むと親身に対応して下さいました。所長さんを始めスタッフの方々とても詳しく親切な方ばかりでいつも感謝しています。
初期投資は多少高くとも製品は頑丈で充電池の持ちも大変長く結果的にコスパの高い製品だと思います。何より動作感が今迄の安価なDIY機材とまるで違います。
製品の品質もアフターケアもさすがジャパンクオリティ、本職でなくとも安心して買物出来ます。
次はどの機種にしようか楽しみです。
