う	うめさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応はむちゃくちゃ良かったです。車体を確認しに行ったのですが、グーバイク鑑定コンディションシートに載っていない傷や塗装割れ等がありあまり意味がないことがわかりました。タンクのシールもパキパキ割れており、コンディションもかなり悪い環境だったことが伺えました。ほぼ同じ年式のバイクに乗っていますが、シールは割れていません(笑)この時点でカバーも使用せず青空駐車だっただろうなぁ。現車確認は必要ですね。値段相応だったので良いバイク店だと思います。 Correspondence was very good. い	いのけん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninja400のリコールのため修理に出したのですが、元々装備していたサイドバックが修理後、変なつけ方(バッグが垂れ下がり、紐はゆるゆる、修理前のつけ方と違う)をされて返ってきました。対応された従業員は元々のサイドバックのつき方も覚えていないという適当さ。分からないの一点張りで、謝罪もなし。仕方ないので自分でつけ直しました。自分でつけられたので良かったですが、900円の工賃を出してつけてもらったサイドバックだったので、適当な仕事、対応に腹が立ちました。良い従業員さんもいるので、今度からその人に頼むか、祇園店に通うつもりです。 I sent it for repair due to the recall of Ninja400, but after the repair, the side bag that I originally equipped was returned with a strange way of attaching (the bag hangs down, the string is loose, it is different from the way of attaching before repair). b	bonbon Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50ccを購入しました。営業の方がものすごく感じがよくて、分からない事も丁寧に教えて頂きました。駐車場もあり、ゆっくり商品の見学が出来ます。メンテナスしていただく場所も広く、メンテナスしてるスタッフさんも皆さん感じが良い方ばかりでした。家から近くはないですが、又メンテナスや次購入する時は絶対にこちらで購入したいです。１年２ヶ月経って又お邪魔したので追加です。125ccの免許を取得したので新しくバイクを購入しました。前回と同じ須藤さんに担当して頂き、安定の丁寧な接客で納車までスムーズでした。50ccの売却にもアドバイス頂きました。入り口がわかりづらいですが、メンテナンスしている方に声掛けしたら誰でも優しく案内してくれます。バイク購入の時には絶対にお勧めしたいお店です。 I bought 50cc.
