★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもは利用しないけど、たまたま目的地に行く途中にあるので利用しましたが、午前中でお客さんもすくなかったのに、引き出すだけのことに15分以上もまたされました。
大金なら、事件性があるかもなので慎重になるてしょうが、引き出した金額は少額、時間などかかりようもないはずです。
人手がないのかとみると、カウンターの中で数人の職員がうろうろしていました。
時間がなかったので、急いでいる旨を伝えてようやくお金をおろせばましたが、何も言わなければどれだけかかったか想像するのも恐ろしいです。
用がある方角だったとしても、二度と利用しません。
