★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりとした博物館ながら、舞鶴のおおまかな歴史をたどり民俗・伝統行事まで学べる有意義な場所。手前のフリースペースにも展示があり、郷土史などの資料が豊富でちょっとしたことはここで間に合う。奥の有料展示スペースもわずか100円だから観ておきたい。考古学資料や北前船による繁栄の歴史、田辺城籠城戦の絵図など興味深い展示が続く。一部スペースは企画展になっていて、季節ごとにテーマを決めて展示を変えている。だから一度訪れてもしばらくしたらまた行くといい。
Although it is a small museum, it is a meaningful place where you can trace the rough history of Maizuru and learn about folk and traditional events. There is also an exhibition in the free space in the foreground, and there are plenty of materials such as local history, so small things can be done here. The paid exhibition space in the back is only 100 yen, so I want to see it. Interesting exhibits such as archaeological materials, the history of prosperity by the Kitamaebune, and pictures of the Tanabe Castle Siege Battle will continue. Some spaces are special exhibitions, and the theme is decided for each season to change the exhibition. So even if you visit once, you should go again after a while.
