こちらで気になる別の建設会社の建売物件仲介をしていただけました。
気になる物件は違う仲介業者さんにお願いしていたのですが、希望物件を申し込みして契約前に見積もりを出してもらうと「こんな費用まで聞いてない！」と不信感が募り、理由を話しダメもとでこちらに仲介をお願いしてみたら快いお返事を頂きました。
仲介手数料もゼロです。ローン代行手数も取られません。
当初の見積もりより110万もマイナスでその分家具購入費用に回せました。
ローンを組む際にも最善の方法で動いてくださり、レスポンスもとっても早いです。
