Y	YORIKO .M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の対応のみでの評価なのですが,とても親切で感じが良かったです｡バッテリー交換が出来るかを聞いた所,機種を聞かれて部品があるか調べてから折り返し電話をするとの事でした｡　それだけでもとても親切だなと思いました｡ 20分程でかかって来て､残念ながら取り扱っていないメーカーなので出来ないと言われました。でもその会社のホームページまで調べて下さり､バッテリーだけで無く他の部品も流出させていないので､壊れた時の修理なども出来ないと教えて下さいました｡　それ自体はとてもガッカリする事でしたが､Androidにおける修理事情の難しさ､iPhoneに比べて部品が手に入りにくい事なども聞けてとても参考になりました。今後の機種変時に活かせそうです｡又､今の私のバッテリー状態についての相談や故障についてなども聞けました｡　今こちらで扱う事は出来ないお客なのに､親切丁寧でした｡　次の機種変は扱って貰える機種､メーカーにしようと思ったし､必要になった時はこちらのお店にお世話になろうと思いました｡ It was evaluated only by responding to the phone, but it was very kind and pleasant. I was kind and polite even though I was a customer who could not handle it now. I tried to make the next model change a model and manufacturer that can handle it. I thought, and when I needed it, I thought I would take care of this shop.

t	tom at on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年使った端末の電池が半日持たなくなり、交換をしてもらいました。購入当時ケースが全く売っておらず苦労した覚えがあり不人気な端末と思っていたので不安で電話で問い合わせしたところ、とても親切に対応くださり、可否とシステムを教えていただきました。一度来店しパーツ(電池)の取り寄せ(1〜2週間)&前金支払い、入荷次第連絡をいただき再訪。作業には預けてから2〜3h。分解時壊れやすい端末との事で、割れた場合はまたパーツ(2千円くらいだったかな？)取り寄せた上で修理。との事でした。当時この色しかなくて渋々購入した端末だったので、割れたらついでに違う色のパーツにしてツートンにするのも楽しそうかな？と思っていましたが、割れることなく修理完了。少し遠かったのですが駅近の割には広い無料の駐車場もあり助かりました。修理後ずいぶん経ちましたが、問題なく動作しています。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました！ The battery of the terminal that I used for several years has run out for half a day, and I had it replaced.
