予約優先と言われたが、合間に見てもらえることに。
ものすごく丁寧に対応してくれました。
結果、本体交換になりましたが、その際にも「値段がかかるので、買い替え含めて検討してください」と一旦検討する時間をくれました。
結構混んでいましたので、予約してから訪問が良いと思いますが、飛び込みなら買い物しながら二時間ぐらい待つのは覚悟した方が良いでしょう。

別のスタッフの方もケースの値段の表示がわかりづらく、値段を尋ねたところ、裏にありますよ。とぶっきらぼうに言われました。
もう少し対応の仕方、心得など確認されたほうがいいと思います。

DOCOMOだとdカード（たぶんゴールド）をつかうとDOCOMOの保険（サブスクリプション）を支払ってる場合、保険が使われて安く修理できるそうです。

来店しました。スタッフは3人〜4人くらい。遅刻しても特に何もペナルティはなかったです。
担当して下さったスタッフさんも問題ありませんでした。
