め	めぎゅん軍曹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンの時から約2年利用しました。この度諸事情により某24時間ジム系列店に変えました。シナジム楠葉店は、しっかりと知識のあるトレーナー2人が居ます。wifi完備、天上も高く開放感のある広さ、ストレッチエリアの広さ、清潔感、コロナ対策全てにおいてパーフェクトです。なにより、フリーウェイトエリアの広さやマシンの種類や数も充実しています。夕方の時間は多少混むこともありますが、土日でも午前中などは混むことも少なく気持ちよくトレーニングできます。私はこのジムで初めてウェイトトレーニングを始めましたが、初めてでも優しいトレーナーさんたちが教えてくださるので初心者さんにもおすすめです❤️ I have used it for about 2 years since it opened.
