★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内覧の際にキッチンの収納、お風呂場のタオル掛けが壊れており、入居までに大家に伝えて修理するとの約束で契約しましたが、一切修理されておらず。。指摘すると内覧の時は暗くて見えなかった、と謝る前に言い訳。前の入居者の時から鍵も替えておらず。。仲介金を払ってるのに直接大家とやり取りして下さいと、対応せず。大家も超高齢で話通じず。なんのための仲介金なのか。。もう二度と利用したくありません。不快でした。新人なのかわかりませんが教育し直した方がいいと思います。仲介金を返してほしいです。
