★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰が痛くて運動が減り、益々筋力がなくなってこのままでは車イス生活になるかもしれないという不安がありました。
そこで、ホームページを見つけて藁をもすがる思いで予約しました。
なによりも安心なのが治療を受けて楽になってから運動をするので結果の違いを感じてます。
先生が直々にパーソナルしていただけるし、今では杖に頼ってなんとか歩いてたのが、スクワットができたり運動を楽しめる喜びを感じられてます。
終わったときの達成感、最高です！
