★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サマホを購入しました。その後使い方がわからないので、教えてもらいましたが、こちらでは、これ以上はわからないと言われ、その後も古いスマホは処分してしまい履歴が残らず、聞き行きましたが、当店は売るだけで有って、わからない事は調べて欲しい。と言われました。
人によって違うと思いますが、最悪でいまだにわかりません。洗濯機を買ったら使い方を教えてますよね。
スマホは、個人情報が入っているからかも知れませんが、どんな便利な物が出来ても使い方わからないでは仕方がないですね。
