丁寧に教えて頂きました。購入する、しないに関わらず 客目線で考えてくれるのが素晴らしい。店舗にない商品（テレビの壁金具）の説明、郡山店で購入した商品の初期不良の対応、自宅カラオケの設置、接続方法 など対応して頂いた真壁さんという方が素晴らしかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜の18時くらいに来たのですが、店員さんたちが固まって雑談していて商品があるかの確認をしたかったけど、なんか話しかけるなオーラがある気がして中々声をかける勇気がなかったです。(最終的には雑談が終わったかな？と見計らってから声をかけましたが‥)そもそもあの広い店内で１つの場所で固まって雑談されたら、店員探しが大変なの理解してほしいです。
それに行ったのが夜だったからか、他のお客さんは少なく、店員さんも人通りの仕事は終えていたんでしょうけど、あまりにもお客さんに対しての配慮にかける部分があるのでは？とつい思いこちらに書き込みしました。
質問したらちゃんと商品を探してくださったので、勿体ないなぁと思いました。

When I asked a question, he searched for the product properly, so I thought it was a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行った。冷凍庫の下に敷くマットがヤマダデンキのウェブサイトにあると聞いて行ったが、実店舗には置いていなかった。それにしても平日の夜はこれほどに客がいないのかと思うほど閑散としていた。やはりネットに食われているのだろうか?驚いた事はリフォームのコーナーが充実して、ホームセンターのようだった。

それと棚の位置（レイアウト）がちょっと悪い気がする。
他店に比べ窮屈さを感じる。大きさ的に仕方ないかもしれないが。
